If you feel a divorce is on the horizon, you should consider “cleaning up” your social media profiles. Unflattering pictures and posts can and will be used against you if there’s a custody dispute, or support and division of property issues. If you feel the need to share your life with your online friends, then at least use the highest level of privacy/security settings possible. Also consider “un-friending” those who may be a source of information to your spouse – and his or her lawyer.
